This role involves delivering high-quality professional development by conducting onsite, remote, and group training sessions, using product expertise to guide clients. My consulting responsibilities include analyzing client projects on SalesForce, scheduling consultations and training sessions, while managing the learning environment in which they were being trained.  Additionally, the role requires collaborating with Customer Service Consultants, Program Managers, and SMEs to use feedback to improve training programs, reporting customer issues, and contributing to program improvements.
